  I would not recommend Pine Crest to anyone. The cemetery yes. The staff do not follow through on anything. Ordering the markers,maintaining the grave sites. In my opinion there is no professionalism .They did not keep me informed about the marker . I asked specifically to be informed when marker arrived so I could be at my Mother's grave when it was set. That didn't happen. The sod that was put on grave more than 2 months ago was dead when it was layed. It's still dead. I'm so unhappy because my mother deserves better or her grave deserves better treatment. The most outrageous thing that happened was they wanted 500.00 more dollars to close the grave . Saturday funeral scheduled at 2:00 at funeral home. If we arrived after 3:00pm at cemetery.
  they had to pay overtime to the people who closed the grave. I don't normally write reviews ,but I am so upset by the whole affair.

  Several of my family members are buried here so I've been to this place a lot. The staff have always been helpful and understanding to my family. The cemetery itself is beautiful and each section has amazing names. The land is so pretty and well taken care of so much so, that even though you're there for a sad reason the beauty of nature feels comforting.

  Cemetery was charging much higher prices on their cemetery vaults. Shop online before going to the cemetery.
